Dr. Te-Wei Chiu
Professor, Department of Material and Mineral Resources Engineering, National Taipei University of Technology, Taiwan
Prof. Te-Wei Chiu is presently working as a professor at the Department of Material and Mineral Resources Engineering, National Taipei University of Technology, Taiwan. He received a B.S in chemistry in 1995 from National Cheng-Kong University and M.S in chemistry in 1997 from National Chong-Chen University, Taiwan. He obtained PhD degrees in Material Science Engineering from, Tokyo Institute of Technology, Japan in 2003. After, he worked as a post-doctoral researcher at Tsukuba Research Centre for Interdisciplinary Material Science, Tsukuba University (2003–2005). He worked at the National Institute of Advanced Industrial and Science Technology (AIST), Japan from 2005 to 2008. His areas of research interest include application of nanomaterial and functional oxide for energy technology such as synthesis of nanoparticles (0D), fiber (1D), thin films (2D), porous (3D) and tubular in shape.

Dr. Kamaruzzaman Sopian
Dr. Kamaruzzaman Sopian is a Professor in Renewable Energy at the Solar Energy Research Institute, a center of excellence for the research and development in solar energy technology in National University of Malaysia. He has been involved in the field of solar energy for more than twenty years. His main contributions are in solar radiation modelling, alternative material for solar absorber, solar water heating system with integrated storage system, solar desalination, solar cooling, daylighting using solar light pipes, solar assisted drying systems, grid connected photovoltaic system, thin film silicon solar cells, combined photovoltaic thermal or hybrid collector and solar hydrogen production system. He has published over 400 research papers in journals and conferences. He has delivered keynotes speeches at national and international conferences on renewable energy. He is the founding member of the Malaysian Institute of Energy, member of the World Renewable Energy Network based in the United Kingdom and is an associate editor of the Renewable Energy published by Elsevier Ltd. He heads several national subcommittees on renewable energy by the Malaysian government to promote awareness, market enhancement, policy studies and the applications renewable energy.

Dr. Ahmed Abdelrhman
Asisstant Professor, Dept. Mechanical Engg,

Dr. Ahmed Abdelrhman is an accomplished Assistant Professor with a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Mechanical Engineering from University Technology Malaysia (UTM), Malaysia. He has received multiple professional certifications, including a Certificate in Tertiary Teaching and Learning (CTTL) and a Foundation for Learning and Teaching certification. Dr. Abdelrhman's teaching expertise is extensive, having served as a Tutor at Bahrain Polytechnic's Department of Mechanical Engineering since 2017.
Dr. Abdelrhman's research interests include Vibration Analysis, Condition Monitoring, Machine Faults Detection & Diagnosis, Acoustic Emission, and Signal Processing. He has published 26 research papers and is a member of the Sudanese Engineering council since 2005. Dr. Abdelrhman serves as a reviewer for several prestigious journals, including Elsevier's Journal of the International Measurement Confederation, Advances in Mechanical Engineering, International Journal of Automotive and Mechanical Engineering (IJAME), and Alexandria Engineering Journal.
Dr. S. Sakthinathan

Dr. S. Sakthinathan currently working as a Research Assistant Professor in the Department of Materials and Mineral Resources Engineering, National Taipei University of Technology (NTUT), Taiwan. He obtained a bachelor of science (BSc) and master of science (MSc) degrees at Bharathidasan University, India. After graduation, he worked as a project associate at the National Centre for Catalysis Research (NCCR), Indian Institute of Technology (IIT)-Chennai, India. After, he received a Ph.D. degree from the Department of Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology, National Taipei University of Technology, Taiwan. He worked as a post-doctoral Researcher at the Department of Materials and Mineral Resources Engineering, National Taipei University of Technology (NTUT), Taiwan. After that, he was promoted to Research Assistant Professor in the Department of Materials and Mineral Resources Engineering, NTUT. He published more than 80 international research articles and received three major projects (3100000 NTD) in the energy materials sector from MOST-Taiwan. He guided many international master's, doctoral and vising students at Taipei Tech, Taiwan.
Dr. V. Pandu Ranga
Associate Professor in the School of Mechanical Sciences, IIT Bhubaneswar.

Dr. V. Pandu Ranga is currently working as an Associate Professor in the School of Mechanical Sciences, IIT Bhubaneswar. He received his B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering from JNTU, Kakinada and M.Tech. in Computer Integrated Manufacturing from NIT, Warangal. He received his PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the IIT Kharagpur, India.
His research interests include Robotics, Soft Computing, development, analysis, modelling and optimization of manufacturing systems. He has successfully developed two variants of wall climbing robotic mechanisms that uses bellows to climb on smooth surfaces for performing cleaning and surveillance related tasks. He has also developed an unpowered exoskeleton mechanism that support human body weight for the people those who work in standing posture for long hours and for partially disabled people. His group is also responsible for developing 10 different working robots in the areas of biologically inspired robots, intelligent machines and human assistive devices. He was involved in a sponsored research projects worth of around 4.0 crores.
He has published more than 120 technical papers in various National and International journals and conferences. 5 PhD and 20 M.Tech. Scholars got awarded under his supervision till date, 5 PhD scholars are currently doing their research under his guidance.
Dr. Pradeep Dixit is an Associate Professor in the Department of Mechanical Engineering, IIT Bombay. Pradeep earned his PhD degree from Nanyang Technological University (NTU) Singapore in 2008. After spending an year as postdoctoral researcher at Georgia tech, he joined technical research center of Finland (VTT). At VTT, Pradeep was responsible for the development of 3D Interconnect technology for MEMS packaging applications. He is the recipient of the prestigious Norman Hackermann Young Author Award given by the Electrochemical Society. Pradeep is the associate editor of Microsystems Technology. His research interests are in the MEMS fabrication, 3D Packaging, Through-substrate vias (TSV)and Micromachining for difficult-to-machine materials. He has published 60 articles in peer-reviewed journals.

Dr. Helen Basil
Former ISRO Engineer/Scientist
Dr. Helen Basil is a retired senior Engineer/Scientist of Vikram Sarabai Space Centre (VSSC), Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) with 38 years of experience in rocketry. Born and brought up in Kochi, Kerala, she graduated from NIT-C in Electrical & Electronics Engineering and pursued MS in Aerospace Engineering from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore, and PhD in Aerospace Engineering from Kerala University. Her expertise lies in various fields like Inertial Navigation Technology, GPS & MEMS Sensors, System Modelling, and Estimation of parameters, Mission Analysis & design of launch vehicles, Satellite Navigation, Software Engineering, and Project Management & Delivery. She has authored numerous scientific papers and is a member of various professional bodies. She was recently awarded the "Anubhav Award" by the Central Government for her contributions to the Space industry. She is passionate about inspiring young minds in the field of Space research and has been a guiding force for many B.Tech and M.Tech students.

Smt Beena AP, a post graduate in Structural Engineering, is currently Group Director of Structural Design & Engineering Group at Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre. She is an expert in aerospace structural design and over the past three decades, has made outstanding contributions towards design, analysis and qualification of Launch vehicle and Orbital vehicle structures for ISRO Projects. She is also Associate Project Director for Gaganyaan project, India’s prestigious Human Space flight mission, responsible for the Crew Module & Crew Escape System Structures and was instrumental in evolving human rating protocols and Fracture analysis methodology for Gaganyaan structures. From Deep space to Deep Ocean, she is also the lead designer of Personnel Sphere for Manned Submersible being developed by NIOT as part of the Samudrayaan project.
Smt Beena is a recipient of the ISRO team excellence award for her contributions in Crew Module Atmospheric Re-Entry Experiment(CARE) Mission during 2014 and Development of LH2 submerged gas bottle for GSLVMk3 during 2015. She has to her credit over 25 publications in International & National Journals & Conferences
She is a Fellow of The Institute of Engineers (India) & Member of several professional societies and has taken pro-active and leadership roles in Professional bodies, Welfare Forums & Outreach activities
